虎ノ門の街に面した1階区画に計画された「YO!CAFE 虎ノ門カフェ」は、コーヒーを楽しむだけでなく、日常の中で気軽に立ち寄り、思い思いの時間を過ごせるカフェ空間として整備された店舗プロジェクトである。

既存のコンクリート躯体や露出した設備配管の表情を活かしながら、木質のカウンターや棚、温かみのある照明、アクセントとなるブルーグリーンの色彩を組み合わせることで、都市的でありながらも親しみのある空間を目指した。

店内にはカウンター席、ラウンジ席、テーブル席を設け、短時間の利用からゆっくりとした滞在まで、多様な過ごし方に対応している。素材の質感や家具、照明の配置に配慮し、街に開かれたカフェとして、人が自然に集まり、会話や小さな交流が生まれる“余白のある場”の実現を目指した。  

“YO!CAFE Toranomon Cafe,” planned on the ground floor facing the streets of Toranomon, is a cafe project designed not only as a place to enjoy coffee, but also as a casual everyday destination where people can drop in and spend time in their own way.

By making use of the existing concrete structure and exposed mechanical pipes, and combining them with wooden counters and shelving, warm lighting, and blue-green accent colors, the space aims to create an atmosphere that feels both urban and approachable.

The interior includes counter seating, lounge seating, and table seating, allowing for a range of uses from short visits to longer stays. Through careful consideration of material textures, furniture, and lighting arrangement, the project aims to create an open cafe environment connected to the city — a place with a sense of openness where people naturally gather, converse, and experience small moments of connection.
